Not portfolio padding. These are rooms I have helped keep open for people who want better work without pretending work is simple.

  1. Brewing Agile

I founded Brewing Agile in 2012. It grew out of the Scrum Beers crowd into a Göteborg conference about agile thinking, learning, leadership, collaboration, and process — less about selling a method, more about making space for practice and debate.

I designed it to be accessible and affordable, because Göteborg deserved quality content without people needing a corporate training budget or a trip abroad.

I was involved from 2012 through 2018. The public archive pages:

  2. Scrum Beers Göteborg

Scrum Beers is the low-ceremony version of an agile meetup: people in a pub, talking about teams, delivery, collaboration, architecture, leadership, and whatever is currently making work harder than it needs to be.

The format matters. Beer helps, but the real point is the relaxed room. No conference posture, no consultant stage voice, no grand framework reveal. Just people comparing notes. Sometimes Lean Coffee, sometimes a theme, often the useful side conversations are the whole event.
